Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways. For most orders, your payment is only released to the vendor after you successfully pick up your item, ensuring you are protected.
We stand behind the quality of products on our platform. If an item is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact the vendor directly through your order page within 24 hours of pickup to initiate a return. Our support team can assist if a resolution isn’t reached
